Our journey in the agriculture sector began in the 1950’s with farming our own fields and running a small workshop to repair agriculture machinery. Cultivatus Tools operates two state of the art manufacturing facilities spread over 150000 sq. feet, manufacturing a diverse range of agricultural tillage tools, namely, Disc Blades, Coulter (Flat) Blades, Seed Disc Blades, Cultivator Tines, Cultivator Sweeps and Points, Forged Hook and Spindle.

Manufacturing capability
Cultivatus tools has a capacity of manufacturing over 600k blades each year. We also process over 10000MT steel each year. Our state-of-the-art disc blade manufacturing facility consists of a temperature controlled furnaces, shot blasting and powder coating line, In house toolroom for new product development, 48 +/2 HRC guaranteed via the use of our PLC controlled heat treatment process.
