Changing broken Disc Blades in the middle is tilling is also extremely time consuming for the farmer. At Cultivatus tools, we manufacture our Disc blades with only the best sourced Boron Steel. We also mix our Steel with alloys to increase the strength and lifespan of our blades. Our Blades are guaranteed to deliverer a hardness of 48-50 HRC without losing their elasticity.

Manufactured to be flexible:

Our blades are not only strong but, are also tough and flexible enough to combat obstacles. While manufacturing our Disc Blades & Coulters, they are tested for their flexibility because toughness not only requires strength but also requires ductility. Cultivatus Discs undergo rigorous testing. Heavy loads are applied on our Disc Blades to test their strength & flexibility, so they are well equipped to withstand fractures and stress.
